Party Walls Made Easy are expert party wall surveyors delivering honest, reliable and cost effective party wall surveying services to their clients and their clients' neighbours. We aim to keep neighbours on good terms throughout and after the works are completed.
The problem
The training available for party wall surveyors is sparse, inadequate and lacks depth for the beginner, the intermediate and the experienced surveyor.
Adminstration of the Party Wall Etc 1996 Act is opaque and inconsistent which routinely results in delays, costs and sometimes even the escalation of disputes.
In part this is done to the confuse the public and protect the industry.
